How is Sealand a real country?

-Territory: The Sealand Territory’s location is (as specified on the geography page of the site) 53.2333 Latitude and 2.9667 Longitude.

-Sealand is a monarchy, and is currently ruled by Prince Michael Bates, son of Roy Bates, the founder of Sealand
